Tooltechnic Systems, LLC dba Festool USA, a German Manufacturer of high quality, innovative power tools for professional trades people, is seeking a promising sales person to fill the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Paint position. Candidates should have strong B2B outside sales experience as well as experience calling on end users; college degree or equivalent preferred. Experience in the paint industry and/or sundries sales a plus but not a requirement. Must have the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Director of Sales, Automotive

Automotive Team Leader for High Growth Company

Tooltechnic Systems, LLC d/b/a Festool USA, a German Manufacturer of high quality, innovative power tools for professional trades’ people, is seeking a highly motivated, proven individual to fill its Director of Auto position. The position is for our US headquarters located in Lebanon, Indiana. Ideal person will be assertive, self-starter, possess substantial knowledge of automotive industry, and have the ability to successfully put into service newly introduced automotive product line into reputable, established company.

Prime Directives

Initiatives will include creation and implementation of an automotive business plan, budgeting, and coaching the automotive team. Establish contacts and approvals with paint manufacturers, OEM. Focal responsibilities include business development, sales, and key account management. Will need to cultivate current contacts and establish new connections in the automotive industries through partnerships with local body shops and jobbers.


Candidates should have first-rate leadership skills, experience budgeting and a strong background in B2B outside sales. Ideal prospect will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; be self-driven, results-driven; and have experience leading a team. This person will emphasize excellence and integrity.

A college degree or equivalent and five to ten years of experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred. This is a full time position. Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs.
