If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your Festool tool within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. Please contact our office for a return authorization. We will supply you with the correct address for your return.

Not all types of returns are to be shipped to the same address – so this is very important. All return items must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Warranty disclaimer

When products are returned, Festool is not responsible for any products which are lost or damaged in transit. If you request an exchange for an item, standard shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. Please be sure to use adequate packaging. Label your package clearly and carefully. Insuring your package for the value of the products is always recommended. Using a method of shipping that allows you to get proof of delivery is also recommended.
