Repair Order Form
To ensure better customer service, we would like for you to fill out a Repair Order
Form each time you send us a tool for repair. Please send the form with the tool
and provide as much information as possible. Among other things, you can choose
an option authorizing us to make a repair for up to $125 without providing a quote.
This way we don’t have to bother you with phone calls and can service your tool
faster.
Festool is responsible for all shipping costs during the first year of the
warranty. Please call Festool at 800-554-8741 to receive a shipping label.
During the second and third year of the warranty, the customer is responsible
for shipping the tool to Festool. Please ship the tool to the address listed at
the bottom of the Repair Order Form. Festool will pay for return shipping to the
customer using UPS Ground Service. Warranty is valid 3 years from the date of purchase
on your receipt or invoice.

Returns
If you need to return your Festool tools for any reason, please return it to the
dealer from which you originally purchased the tool.
