Online Repair Order Form
To ensure better customer service, we would like for you to fill out a Repair Order
Form each time you send us a tool for repair. Please send the form with the tool
and provide as much information as possible. This way we don't have to bother you
with phone calls and can service your tool faster. No collect shipments will be
accepted. No Festool hats, shirts or other wearables may be returned.
Festool is responsible for shipping costs during the three years of the warranty,
see warranty for details. Please call Festool at
888-337-8600 to receive a shipping label. Please ship the tool to the address
listed at the bottom of the Repair Order Form. Festool will pay for return shipping
to the customer using UPS Ground Service. Warranty is valid 3 years from the date
of purchase on your receipt or invoice.

If you need to return your Festool tools for any reason, please return it to the
dealer from which you originally purchased the tool.
