To ensure better customer service, we would like for you to fill out a Repair Order Form each time you send us a tool for repair. Please send the form with the tool and provide as much information as possible. This way we don't have to bother you with phone calls and can service your tool faster.

Festool will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the warranty period of the tool using UPS Ground Service, see warranty for details. Warranty is valid three years from the date of purchase on your receipt or invoice. Festool will not reimburse shipping cost for any reason, a prepaid shipping label must be issued by Festool to obtain free shipping. No collect shipments will be accepted. No Festool hats, shirts or other wearables may be returned.

If you need to return your Festool tools for any reason, please return it to the dealer from which you originally purchased the tool.
