Sales Tax
We operate our business from Goleta, California and Lebanon, Indiana. We have several representatives throughout the USA. In the United States we are required to collect sales tax for the following states:
California, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Washington.
Therefore, if you live in one of those states, we must collect sales tax. Upon registering, please be sure to check the ZIP code and enter the name of your city correctly. We will collect sales tax accordingly.
Tax exempt customers can place their orders online. However, online orders will show tax at the time the order is placed. We will not collect sales tax if, prior to when we process the online order internally, we receive a signed tax exempt certificate in which you attest to the fact that you are a tax exempt organization and you are not required to pay tax on the items purchased. Please make sure you include your tax exempt customer number on the tax exemption certificate. You can send us the tax exempt certificate by fax at 888-550-6425. We will collect sales tax on the order if we do not receive a signed tax exemption certificate before we process the order.
Shipping

On regular business days we enter your order within 24 hours. If we send your order to our warehouse for shipping before 9 am Pacific Time / Noon Eastern Time, it will ship the same day via UPS, otherwise it will ship the following regular business day. Orders shipping via truck might take addtional 1-2 business days to ship. We ship via UPS Ground, 2nd day or next day service except for the exception items listed in the table below. Shipping and handling charges for UPS service are based upon the value of your order.
Please choose a method of shipping in the online order form, the total shipping costs are already calculated for each shipping method.
