Festool Suspends Direct Sales

For nearly ten years, Festool has been selling tools directly to the public in the U.S.  Now that we have developed a strong and capable dealer base across the country, we have made the decision to stop selling in this manner, effective April 1, 2008.  We feel confident that our dealer network will be able to provide the high quality service that you have come to expect from us, and that you will be quite satisfied doing business with the Festool dealer of your choice.  A complete listing of these dealers may be found on our website at

We are planning in the near future to offer an option to shop online at the Festool USA website and check out through your preferred dealer's website. There will be more information regarding this new purchasing option as we near its launch.

We will continue to offer spare parts and repair service to our customers directly to guarantee our commitment to provide the best service in the industry.

Thank you for your business, and for your continuing loyalty to the Festool Brand.
