Festool begins U.S. productionFestool announced today that it has started producing its FS Guide Rails, an integral system component and accessory of many of its power tools, at the company’s North American headquarters in Lebanon, IN. Festool plans to expand its Lebanon-based manufacturing facilities for additional production lines and other products in the future. FS Guide Rails production uses U.S.-sourced material and will begin shipping throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets in late 2017.

Festool Hires New Chief Sales Officer
Festool announced today that it has just hired Aaron Brading as Chief Sales Officer, responsible for leading the company’s sales functions in the United States and Canada.
Previously with Hilti, Inc., Brading led teams in the power tools and accessories, and civil and energy divisions, where he consistently achieved double digit growth rates while creating and managing a number of successful, multi-channel sales initiatives.

Festool USA has just won two Pro Tool Innovation Awards (PTIA) for the TSC 55 Cordless Track Saw and the BHC 18 Cordless Rotary Hammer.
