You may cancel your order up until the time that it has shipped.  Please contact customer service at customerservice@festoolusa.com to inquire regarding whether you can cancel your order. If the order has not been shipped and you still wish to cancel, we will cancel and confirm via email and will proceed to issue a refund. Once an order (or any portion of an order) has shipped, you cannot cancel the order, but you can return the merchandise in accordance with our “Returns Policy.”

Payments are accepted from major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Most orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.  Blaklader items are decorated on demand and typically take 10-14 days to ship. All orders ship from our warehouse in Lebanon, Indiana.

Resale of any items on this store is strictly prohibited.

We accept returns of products purchased on the Sites, provided that the product was not marked “final sale” (or similar) at the time of purchase and is returned in new and unused condition within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, you must ship the product back to us within 30 days of delivery to you. You agree that all determinations regarding the condition of returned products, and whether products are eligible under this Policy, are made by Festool in its sole discretion.

To initiate a return, customers should:

• Log into the return portal with the order # and zip code. You can also log in using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
• Print the return label, adhere the label to the return shipping box/bag, and mail it back via UPS.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item through the return portal and place a new order.

Shipping fees vary based on your order total before taxes and other fees.

• Orders less than $10 = $6.99 shipping fees
• Orders over $10 and less than $100 = $11.99 shipping fees
• Orders over $100 = Free shipping
