How can I find the right spare part?

In our spare parts shop, you will not only find all spare parts but also exploded diagrams for every machine. Use to the part number, which is located on the type plate directly on your machine and in your warranty documents, to find the right machine.

Why can't I find a spare parts list/drawing using the order number from the catalogue?
The only way to find the corresponding spare parts list for your power tool is with the part number on the name plate. We continually develop our products further, even when they are already in series production. Even during the series production phase, we implement technical optimisations in our products, which can result in a changed spare parts list – documented via the part number on the name plate.
Why can't I order my spare part?
If you cannot order the spare part you want, it is possible that there are currently delivery problems or that the spare part is only available via selected specialist retailers. Please send an e-mail to our customer service: customerservice-de@festool.com
Which payment methods can I use?
We ship against an invoice, payable within 30 days without deduction.
What will the shipping costs be for ordering spare parts?
We charge shipping costs of €5.90 incl. VAT for orders below €50 incl. VAT.
When will I receive my spare parts?
Parts are usually delivered three to four working days after the order is placed.
What are the legal requirements for using spare parts?
It is legally prescribed for a "safety inspection in accordance with German Social Accident Insurance DGUV Regulations 3 and 4 and Guideline DIN VDE 0701/0702" to be carried out each time the housing is opened. This can only be done by a specially trained electrician. In many cases, special tools are also needed to ensure proper repair. Please note that all guarantee and warranty claims shall be rendered void as soon as any unauthorised repair attempts are carried out.
