If you decide the tool is not right for you, you may return it to your authorized Festool dealer within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.
How do you use this service?
- Purchase a new Festool tool from an authorized dealer.
- If you are not fully satisfied in your daily work, return the tool to the dealer within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Upon acceptance of the return under the conditions below, you will receive a refund of the purchase price.
How does the process work?
We provide this service to help ensure you are satisfied with the tool you purchased. To make a return, bring the tool to the authorized Festool dealer where it was purchased within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase.
The tool may be lightly used, but it must be returned:
- undamaged and in good working condition
- complete with all items originally included, and
- in the original packaging (where reasonably possible)
If the tool shows excessive wear, misuse, alteration, or damaged beyond normal evaluation use, the dealer may decline the return or may submit the return for review and approval before a refund is issued.
Warranty Registration (optional)
